Kathy used her Applied Mathematical Sciences degree to launch a career in the hi-tech industry, where she spent many years guiding company-wide teams toward a common goal. Her volunteer involvements vary - including Native Plant Society of Texas, Houston Grand Opera, and Houston Aggie Women. Kathy has been an advocate of HAW since the first meeting on October 24, 2006, and anticipates an exciting next chapter for HAW in 2020. Kathy is married and has three lovable Belgian Sheepdogs.

In addition to her boutique practice, deborah works with non-profit organizations to secure tax-exempt recognition and facilitate best practices in corporate governance. (And, yes, my name really is spelled with all lower-case letters. I like to tell people that I’m an anti-capitalist!)
